What is Think and Grow Rich about?
Think and Grow Rich is Napoleon Hill's 1937 classic claiming that riches begin with a definite purpose backed by burning desire. Hill presents thirteen principles, including faith, autosuggestion, specialized knowledge, organized planning, persistence, and the mastermind, distilled, he says, from studying successful men of his era such as Andrew Carnegie, Edison, and Ford.

Get the core ideas from a summary unless you want the historical artifact. The useful principles, definite purpose, persistence, masterminds, fill perhaps thirty pages. The rest is repetition, mysticism about vibrations and the ether, and anecdotes scholars have questioned, including Hill's claimed Carnegie relationship. Read it as the influential ancestor of modern self-help, not as a manual.
